Simply delicious – our traditional Stollen, coated with cocoa-containing fat icing. The one thing for foodies! The Milanese Stollen is very popular with young and old alike.
We have further refined the recipe in our bakery and created a Christmas taste experience that you won’t forget in a hurry.
Immediately after baking, we coat the raisin Stollen with a cocoa glaze, transforming it into a Milanese Stollen. The chocolate icing does not only taste good, but also keeps the moisture in the Stollen, which retains its great taste for longer.
storage
Storing it in a cool, dry place preserves the full flavor of Milan stollen for a long time.
Our tip: Cut the stollen in half, then take the desired number of stollen slices from the inside and then push the two halves back together.
