We bake our Cranberry Whiskey Stollen from traditional Stollen yeast dough, to which we add fruity cranberries and whiskey (60% vol.) as special ingredients. Sweet and bitter almonds, cedar fruit peel, orange peel and fine vanilla are added for a wonderful taste. The mild sweetness of the white fat glaze rounds off the taste sensation of the Cranberry Whiskey Stollen!

Stored in a cool, dry and dark place, our cranberry whiskey stollen will keep for at least six weeks.
