Similar to the well-known Tree cake (Baumkuchen), our own creation "Baumstamm" (Tree trunk) is baked in several layers and coated with a sweet chocolate glaze. Whether as a delicious souvenir or as a Christmas pastry with your coffee - our chocolate tree trunk will sweeten your cold autumn and winter days.

Our tree trunk is made from Viennese dough and is baked in several layers. We then cover the Christmas pastries with a chocolate glaze that is rich in cocoa and melts in your mouth. Our freshly baked tree trunk only contains high-quality ingredients and no preservatives. So enjoy it as soon as possible!
storage
Store our tree trunk in a dry and cool place at approx. 15 degrees Celsius. Do not place the tree trunk in the refrigerator as it will lose its aroma.

Butter, sugar, fat glaze containing cocoa (vegetable fat fully hydrogenated from palm, sugar, cocoa heavily de-oiled, vegetable fat from palm, lactose, flavouring), starch from wheat, wheat flour, whipping agent for the production of sponge and sand masses (emulsifier (propylene glycol esters of fatty acids), glucose syrup, skimmed milk powder, sugar, starch from wheat, stabilizer (diphosphates), ground cinnamon. (We cannot exclude the presence of allergenic traces according to LMIV in our artisan business).
