Our specially created white "Baumstamm" is baked in several layers, similar to the well-known Baumkuchen. A special feature is the sweet white chocolate icing. Our white tree trunk sweetens every (pre-)Christmas coffee and is the perfect gift for fans of white chocolate.

Description
Just like our classic Baumstamm, the white version is made from Viennese dough, which is baked in several layers. The Christmas cookies are then covered with a white chocolate glaze, which gives the tree trunk its unique taste.
Our freshly baked white log contains only high-quality ingredients and no preservatives. You should therefore enjoy it as soon as possible!
Storage
Store our white tree trunk in a dry and cool place at approx. 15 degrees Celsius. Do not put the tree trunk in the fridge as it will lose its aroma.
