For our vegan raisin stollen, we use select ingredients that provide an incomparable aroma. In the artisan tradition, we combine juicy raisins with chopped almonds and refine the dough with a hint of lemon and cedar fruit. The full-bodied taste is rounded off by the subtle sweetness of orange peel.

Ideally, store your vegan stollen in a cool, dry and preferably dark room.
A little tip: To keep the stollen fresh and juicy for longer, cut it in the middle. Remove the slices from the inside of the two halves and then put the cut sides back together. This will keep your stollen optimally protected from drying out.

Wheat flour, raisins, margarine (vegetable oils and fats, water, table salt, emulsifier [mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, lecithins from soya], acidifier [citric acid], flavouring), blanched chopped almonds, sugar, almond milk (water, almonds, sugar, sea salt, stabilizer [gellan]), natural flavoring, vitamins (vitamin B2, vitamin B12, vitamin E, vitamin D), yeast, lemon paste (sugar, lemons), cedar fruit peel, rum, glucose-fructose syrup, orange peel, table salt, bitter almond semolina, cottonseed oil, mace, acidifier (citric acid).
